MiaCRM
Coming soonMiaCRM gives small and medium businesses in El Salvador a hosted CRM and ERP with electronic invoicing (DTE) built in. Each customer gets their own instance, provisioned automatically at signup. Currently in QA ahead of launch.
Overview
MiaCRM is a SaaS platform that gives businesses in El Salvador a CRM and ERP with electronic invoicing (DTE, Documento Tributario Electrónico) ready to use. Instead of installing and maintaining software themselves, customers sign up, pay, and get their own instance on a subdomain of their choice.
Status
MiaCRM is in QA ahead of its public launch. Signup, billing and payments run end to end in testing, and the production environment is being prepared.
Key Features
- Electronic Invoicing: DTE support built in, and every subscriber is invoiced with a valid electronic tax document.
- Instance per Tenant: Each business gets its own instance on a generated subdomain, which can be renamed later.
- Self-Service Signup: Register, pay, and get provisioned automatically.
- Payment Safety: Every payment is checked against the plan price, missed payment notifications are recovered, and duplicate payments are held for a refund.
Security & Hardening
- Tenant isolation: every business gets its own isolated application instance.
- Hardened foundation: tenant instances run on hardened images from SecOps Central.
- Least privilege: the deployment pipeline can manage only its own environment, and tests verify its permissions against what it actually uses.
- Encryption at rest: data and documents are encrypted with managed keys.
- Tamper-proof records: tax documents are kept in write-once storage for the legally required retention period.
- Verified payments: payment notifications are verified before they are trusted, and amounts are checked against the plan price.
- Controlled releases: separate environments for testing and production, with a manual approval gate before anything reaches production.
How It’s Built
- Hexagonal architecture: domain logic is independent of infrastructure, with the cloud services behind ports and adapters.
- Serverless control plane: no servers to patch for the platform itself.
- Infrastructure as Code: every environment is defined in version-controlled, reviewed code.
- Architecture Decision Records: more than twenty decisions recorded, from tenant isolation to payment recovery.
